STUDENT SATISFACTION SURVEY
(Daytona Beach & Prescott)

DESCRIPTION

Administered to students currently enrolled at the Daytona Beach and Prescott campuses. Questions include: overall experience with the university and perceptions on academic programs, instruction, and student services. An in-house survey instrument was used in the administrations prior to Fall 1998. A switch was made in 1998 to the Student Satisfaction Inventory, produced by Noel/Levitz Center, Inc.

TIMELINE

Student opinion surveys were conducted in Spring 1991 as part of the 1990-92 Self-Study reaffirmation process. Other versions of the survey were administered again in 1993 and 1996. As of 1998, administrations are conducted every other fall term.
