Faculty Feedback Survey Now ONLINE

As ERAU-Worldwide continues to improve and streamline its assessment processes, the Faculty Feedback Form has been moved online. As the University has identified a new vendor and tool for the online evaluation process, the faculty feedback surveys, just like the end of course evaluations, have been moved to this new vendor and tool. The new product, called EvaluationKIT, will allow you to manage your surveys in one user friendly dashboard, conveniently located and accessible from your Blackboard account.

To Access the Faculty Feedback Survey:

• Login to ERNIE and go to Blackboard
• Click on "My Courses" tab
• Find the module titled "EvaluationKIT - End of Course Evaluations"
• Click on the link "Click here to view course evaluations"
• This will bring you to your new user dashboard
• Once you are in your user dashboard, please use the drop down menu, located in the upper right corner of your dashboard next to your name, and select the student view.
• This will show you a list of all your: most recent, completed, and outstanding surveys.
• Please note that you can also access your surveys and reports through your Course Tools Control Panel, under Course Evaluations.

In addition to the above access instructions, you may also access the Faculty Feedback survey through the link that is e-mailed to your ERAU e-mail inbox, to be taken directly to the course evaluation page. Communications for the Faculty Feedback Survey are sent to your ERAU e-mail inbox on the day of the survey opening, as well as every 3-4 days during the survey administration to remind you to complete the survey. (E-mail reminders during the survey administration are only sent to non-respondents.)
