Description
The University has implemented a centralized, web-based student end-of-course evaluation system, administered by the Office of Institutional Research. Students use this system for completing their evaluations. Instructors and administrators use this system for receiving the results of the evaluations. Students and instructors can access the system securely through Blackboard without the need for an additional login or password. The end-of-course evaluation process is now completely online; therefore, hard copies of the evaluation surveys are no longer required.
Please note that the process for administration of course evaluations remains as follows:
- The survey window is 10 days in length, opening 10 days prior to the official last day of classes and ending on the last day of classes (at midnight). Faculty & students will receive a pre-survey notice one week prior to the survey window.
- Faculty & students will receive a survey announcement on the day the survey opens.
- Students who have not responded to all of their evaluations will receive a single reminder after three days, then again after seven days (if warranted).
- Results will be made available to faculty and administrators the day after grades are due for your campus.
